What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, company, email, phone (if provided), and the content of your message. We may also collect basic server logs (IP address, browser, referrer) for security and analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies and we do not run cross-site behavioral tracking.
How we use it
Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and place and service the coverage you have requested. To market and bind coverage, we share the information you provide with the insurance carriers we approach on your behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of any future communications. There is no sale of personal information to opt out of, because we do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@vettedrisk.com.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and policy records for the period reasonably required to respond, service the coverage, and meet our recordkeeping obligations. We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; do not send highly sensitive information through the contact form without first arranging a secure channel with us.
Not a binder of coverage
Submitting information through this site does not bind insurance. Coverage takes effect only when a carrier issues a policy and you accept it. See our disclosures for licensing detail.
