Privacy notice.

What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, company, email, phone (if provided), and the content of your message. We may also collect basic server logs (IP address, browser, referrer) for security and analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies and we do not run cross-site behavioral tracking.
How we use it
Information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if a consulting engagement begins, to deliver the services you have requested. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing. Where placement of insurance becomes relevant, we coordinate that work with our licensed partner, Rush Insurance, and only after you have agreed to proceed.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of any future communications. There is no sale of personal information to opt out of, because we do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@vettedrisk.com.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry records for the period reasonably required to respond and to maintain a record of the engagement. We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; do not send highly sensitive information through the contact form without first arranging a secure channel with us.
Not insurance advice
Information you submit through this site, and any consulting advice that follows, does not constitute the placement of insurance. Insurance placement is performed exclusively by Rush Insurance, a separately licensed entity. See our disclosures for compensation and licensing detail.
