No insurance solicitation
Vetted Risk LLC is a commercial risk consulting firm. It is not licensed to sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance in any jurisdiction. Insurance placement, where required, is performed by Rush Insurance, a separately licensed entity. Coverage terms, availability, and pricing are determined by the applicable carrier at bind.
Engagement terms
Consulting services are provided only under a written engagement letter signed by Vetted Risk LLC and the client. Information shared through the contact form does not, by itself, create a consultant–client relationship.

"Vetted Risk" and the Vetted Risk wordmark are property of Vetted Risk LLC. Carrier names and other marks referenced on this site are property of their respective owners. All site content is © Vetted Risk LLC unless otherwise noted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vetted Risk LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability under any consulting engagement is limited as set forth in the applicable engagement letter.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hampden County, Massachusetts.
